Strongbow
Formed in 1969 as Strongbow 'A' by workers from H P Bulmer and played at the Woodpecker Club until 2003 when it closed on January 31st. Moved to Credenhill Club to complete the season and stayed for two more seasons until 2005 when they moved to the Conservative Club until it closed in 2009 when they moved to the Cross Keys, Withington until 2014. They then moved to Whitecross Tennis Club in order to be based back in the City. They changed their name to Strongbow in 1972 when Strongbow 'B' ceased to exist. Moved to Military Club No 2 alley for the start on 2021/22 season.
